Eligibility for Returns

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Not be worn, altered, or washed
  • Not be a final sale or clearance item

To initiate the return process, please contact our support team via email at support@tenebra.shop. We will respond with instructions within 1–2 business days. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and any other relevant details to ensure a smooth process.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your bank to see if the refund is pending. If you are still unable to locate the refund, please reach out to us at support@tenebra.shop so we can assist you further.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@tenebra.shop with a description of the issue and a photo of the item. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for orders over $75, to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
